One of the largest Business and Technology Parks in South America, it has more than 18 buildings built in many hectares, each of them with a Gamewell panel, connected with fiber optics.  The system has more than 7200 addressable elements, offering security to more than 6000 people that develop daily activities in the park.

The complex has several high technology data centers, which are protected with FM-200 extinction gas from Chemetron. These data centers have temperature monitoring, which increases its performance and durability.

All these systems are monitored by control software, which shows any event through graphics and allows taking action remotely.

The park has a KMC Controls air conditioning control system in two of their buildings that are being expanded to the rest of the buildings.
