Intelligent Control System with KMC Controls’ software. ISAI is responsible for the engineering, design, installation and implementation of the intelligent control system, energy management, lighting, HVAC, fire control, access control, CCTV, audio with 80 speakers grouped into four areas and services of all the hotel. The building features: 10,600 square meters of new buildings over 10,000 m2 recycled. The new area consists of 10 floors, one lobby, 135 guest rooms, 9 conference rooms with a total capacity of 450 people, restaurant, swimming pool. The facility totalizes 1000 control points.
